Vulnerable to fire, these floors have suffered three major fires over the years, most recently in 1984. Only the front part of the original structure now remains. It is said to have been built because of a dream dreamed by Shri Dadhich, a devotee from Ujjain.<br>It is said to be made of brick, lime, earth from the seven Sapta Puri holy places, cow dung, powdered gemstones (diamond, emerald, pearl, ruby and topaz) and holy water from India&#8217;s main pilgrimage sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Khajrana<\/strong> Temple <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/magikindia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ganesha-indore-2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51834\" srcset=\"https:\/\/magikindia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ganesha-indore-2-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/magikindia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ganesha-indore-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/magikindia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ganesha-indore-2-1067x800.jpg 1067w, https:\/\/magikindia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ganesha-indore-2-720x540.jpg 720w, https:\/\/magikindia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ganesha-indore-2.jpg 1300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Khajrana neighbourhood is famous for its Ganesha Mandir, which attracts large crowds of devotees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The temple is thought to have been built by the queen Ahilya Bai.
